ファイル一枚から始まる
PayPayカードは、月々の明細をCSVで書き出せます。一見そっけない、コンマで区切られた文字の列。でも、家計簿の素材としては十分です。ぽけいぼの仕事は、このファイルを読みやすい台帳に変えること。その地味な工程の話をします。
半角カナを整える
明細の店名は、ｾﾌﾞﾝ-ｲﾚﾌﾞﾝ のような半角カタカナで届くことがよくあります。同じお店なのに書き方がばらつくと、分類はうまくいきません。ぽけいぼは分類の前に文字を正規化して、表記をそろえます。だから 7-Eleven は、どう書かれていても 7-Eleven です。
カード利用とQR決済、両方
PayPayカードの明細には、カードの直接利用だけでなく、PayPayクレジット経由のQR決済も並びます。形が違うこの二種類を、ぽけいぼは同じ台帳の上でそろえて読み取ります。
店名をきれいに
長い正式名称、支店コード、余分な記号——明細の店名は読みづらいことがあります。ぽけいぼは名前を整えてから分類するので、月次ビューはそのまま読める一覧になります。
派手な機能ではありません。でも、こういう地味な手当てがあるから、取り込んだあとの数分が静かに過ぎていきます。
It starts with one file
PayPay Card lets you export your monthly statement as a CSV — a plain, comma-separated column of text. Unglamorous, but it's enough to build a kakeibo from. Pokeibo's job is to turn that file into a ledger you can actually read. Here's the quiet work that goes into it.
Normalizing the kana
Merchant names often arrive as half-width katakana like ｾﾌﾞﾝ-ｲﾚﾌﾞﾝ. When the same shop is written different ways, categorization falls apart. Pokeibo normalizes the text before classifying, so 7-Eleven is 7-Eleven however the statement spells it.
Card purchases and QR, both
A PayPay Card statement lists more than direct card purchases — it also carries QR payments made through PayPayクレジット. Those two arrive in different shapes; Pokeibo reads them onto the same ledger so nothing is left out.
Cleaning up merchant names
Long legal names, branch codes, stray symbols — raw merchant strings are hard to read. Pokeibo tidies the name before sorting, so the monthly view is a list you can simply read.
None of this is flashy. But it's exactly this small, careful handling that lets the few minutes after an import pass quietly.
